Conductive bags or type C FIBC bags are made for specific usage in the industry. These are the bags that can handle a large amount of storage for flammable materials which can be combustible. Due to the nature of these materials, it’s not possible to fill up these materials in any standard FIBC bags. For the same reason, type C conductive bags are used.

Conductive bags are also known as Anti-static bags. So, these bags can be used for a variety of materials such as electronic products and other flammable substances as well. The bags are made from a conductive material that can handle the charge. Other than this, the connection is done using woven threads. The threads should not be more than 20 CMs. If you go with the grid pattern, the conductive bag’s patterns are not more than 10 cm. The fabric is PP fabric. The conductive threads come with silver carbon and steel threads. The internal FIBC bags is a mesh-like structure.

These bags are made in such a way that it makes it easier to fill and discharge the objects or materials inside them. Therefore, using the conductive bags, you can easily fill and remove the materials from them without causing any damage or potential harm. There are mainly two types of conductive bags.

The materials’ surface resistivity is less than 1.0x108 Ohm per square. It can be equal to the same value. A voltage of less than 4 kV is required.

The surface resistivity is between 1.0x108 and 1.0x1012 Ohm per square. The breakdown voltage is less than 4000 V.
